Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Sales Closure
- Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through digital platforms, CPs, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Qualify prospects, understand requirements, and recommend suitable projects and units.
- Conduct site visits, project presentations, and follow-ups to drive conversions.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Address customer queries related to pricing, availability, payment plans, and approvals.
- Ensure timely coordination with CRM, legal, and finance teams for documentation and booking formalities.
3. Site Visit Coordination
- Schedule and manage site visits, ensuring a professional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate visit records, feedback, and follow-up status in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with channel partners and internal teams for joint site visits.
4. Sales Reporting & MIS
- Update daily call reports, visit reports, and sales funnel status.
- Track lead-to-visit and visit-to-booking conversion ratios.
- Share regular MIS reports with the sales manager.
5. Market Intelligence & Competition Tracking
- Monitor competitor projects, pricing, offers, and market trends.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and objections.
6. Compliance & Brand Representation
- Ensure all sales communication adheres to RERA guidelines and company policies.
- Represent Esteem Ventures professionally at all customer touchpoints.
