His journey from a young garment trader to a theatre owner to being the founder of SNS Developers and then the founding and managing partner of Esteem Group and now at the helm of Esteem Ventures showcases resilience, foresight, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Shouldering family responsibilities from a tender age, Mr. Naraindas ventured and explored into diverse business endeavours at a very young age with a fearless attitude and commitment to keeping his word irrespective of the situation. One of his endearing business ventures was garment trading where he simultaneously nurtured long standing relationships across –numerous deals. He entered into his first real estate venture as a theatre owner that enabled his innate instinct and foresight and led him to the burgeoning real estate domain, a move that defined his destiny. There by laying the foundation of a successful real estate career.

Mrs. Varsha Hassanand personifies the ethos of diligence, progress, and unwavering dedication. Her ascent to the helm stands as a testament to her tireless commitment and unrelenting pursuit of advancement.
Her journey within the organization epitomizes a fusion of astute organizational abilities and an unparalleled eye for detail. Renowned for her mastery in management strategies, customer relationships, designing spaces, customer centricity and situation handling she has been a catalyst propelling us to greater heights. A driving force behind the inception and triumphant leasing of Esteem Mall, her visionary zeal and hands-on involvement were instrumental in its remarkable success.
Mr. Abhishek Ahuja
Director
Mr. Abhishek Ahuja brings a dynamic and structured management approach to Esteem Ventures, energizing the team with his vibrant leadership style. As the head of strategy, new project development, sales and marketing, and capital generation, his role is pivotal in steering the company towards innovative horizons.
Abhishek holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Real Estate from the Henley Business School at the University of Reading and His foundational knowledge in business administration was sculpted at Western Michigan University’s Haworth College of Business, where he completed his Bachelor’s degree with honors.
Beyond Esteem Ventures, Mr. Abhishek Ahuja extends his expertise to broader realms. He is a notable member of the Governing Body at CREDAI Bengaluru and was recently the CREDAI Youth Wing Head of the Bengaluru Chapter where he is continually learning and contributing to various facets of the real estate industry. He is also a respected member of the Governing Council Committee at PD Hinduja Hospital playing his part in contributing to society.
Mr. Gaurav Ahuja
Director
Mr. Gaurav Ahuja, a powerhouse of knowledge and dynamism, brings a multifaceted expertise to Esteem. Specializing in the critical domains of taxation and legal matters his financial acumen and legal expertise is core to the real estate business. His expertise in overseeing legal, land acquisition, land aggregation and structuring aspects is pivotal to the company’s operations.
Gaurav’s accolades are impressive. He holds a BA (Hons) in Finance, Accounting, and Management from the University of Nottingham, where he achieved the remarkable feat of being second in the university. Further, he excelled in the Chartered Institute of Management Accounting (CIMA), Ranking 2nd Globally, 1st in Asia, and 1st in India in Financial Accounting among over 5100 students. Additionally, he secured India Rank 1 in Performance Management and India Rank 3 in Financial Management. He is also an alumnus of the prestigious Indian School of business (ISB) wherein he completed his Masters in the family business program.
