Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Sales & Leasing Strategy
- Develop and execute sales and leasing strategies for commercial projects including office, retail, and mixed-use assets.
- Drive occupancy, revenue, and profitability through structured and data-driven sales plans.
- Identify and engage potential corporate clients, investors, channel partners, and brokers.
2. Marketing & Brand Positioning
- Plan and implement marketing strategies to position commercial projects competitively in the market.
- Coordinate with digital, offline, and on-ground marketing teams for effective lead generation campaigns.
- Oversee branding initiatives, marketing collaterals, presentations, walk-throughs, and project marketing materials.
3. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Lead negotiations with corporate clients, anchor tenants, retailers, and investors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, brokers, IPCs, and channel partners.
- Manage client presentations, proposals, term sheets, and end-to-end deal closures.
4. Channel Partner & Broker Management
- Appoint, manage, and motivate channel partners and brokerage networks.
- Structure brokerage terms, incentive schemes, and performance tracking mechanisms.
- Organize and lead CP meets, roadshows, and networking events.
5. Market Intelligence & Competition Analysis
- Track market trends, competitor developments, pricing benchmarks, and absorption levels.
- Provide strategic inputs to management on pricing, product mix, and market positioning.
- Identify new opportunities for commercial asset monetization.
6. Financial Planning & Reporting
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts, revenue projections, and budgets.
- Monitor CAM, lease rentals, sales realization, and receivables.
- Present periodic MIS and performance reports to senior management.
7. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with legal, finance, CRM, facility management, and project teams for seamless deal execution.
- Ensure lease agreements and sale documentation comply with statutory requirements and company policies.
8. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the commercial sales and marketing team.
- Set targets, KPIs, and performance metrics aligned with business goals.
- Drive a high-performance, result-oriented sales culture.

Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 10 rs of experience in commercial real estate marketing and sales
